Frequently Asked Questions and their Answers:

Q: How quickly do you ship out orders?

A: We ship orders within one to two business days of receiving a completed order. We don't ship out items on the weekends, so if you should order Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will go out Monday.

Q: Can you overnight orders?
A: Absolutely. We offer overnight service in the US, with Fed Ex or US Postal Service. Please contact us before placing your order, in order to arrange for expedited service.

Q: Can you deliver items as a gift to a recipient?
A: We sure can. When you place your order, please put a notification of the recipient's name and address, as well as any sort of note you'd like to be included in with the order and we'll take care of the rest.

Q: Why do you restrict orders on chocolate items during certain times of the year?

A: We want you to receive the highest quality products from us. Due to the perishable quality of certain ingredients in things like our chocolate confections, we cannot ship them from May to September, as they will not travel well. If you are local and wish to pick them up, you are more than welcome to contact us to arrange that.

Payment

We prefer paypal for payments. We also accept major credit cards, through virtual checkout, as well. Finally, if you want to send in a payment, we do accept money orders. Please make Money Orders out to :

Shipping

We ship our products domestically with US postal service and Fed Ex Ground, based on the weight and size of the order. Our baked goods are well packaged and sealed for optimum freshness and flavor, right to your door. If you want us to expedite a quicker shipment option, please email us before you place your purchase, so we can communicate about your options. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a 3 to 5 day turn around on most baked goods. During the holidays, we do experience a higher influx of orders and will require 5 to 7 days, to fill orders. Please email us with date requirements you may have and we Love custom orders, so contact us any time.

***Finally, due to our commitment to providing the freshest products, we cannot ship any of our chocolate items(including any of the chocolate enhanced loaf breads) during the summer time of June 1st through August 15th. If you live in the Los Angeles area, we can provide will call orders, for you to pick up, during the summer months(and any time of the year, for that matter).
